Cost Calculator Script for Joomla 1.5 Installation Instructions

1. Download Cost Calculator Script.
2. Install Cost Calculator Script (Extensions / Install/Uninstall)
3. Make link to Cost Calculator Script Component on your Main menu (Menus / Main menu / New / Select Menu Item Type / CostCalculator)
4. In Parameters (Component) fill all required fields (see our sample):



5. You need to categorize your services or products to the groups (see our sample)

5.1. Make a Group Headers (for example, Web Design Services)

Format: Group Header ID = Group Name ;

Our sample:
1=Web Design Services:;
2=eCommerce Shopping Cart:;
3=Availbale Addons:;
4=Availbale Scripts:;

where 1 - Group Header Id, Web Design Services - Group Name

5.2. Make a Group Variables

Format: Group Header ID = Variable Type = Variable Name = Variable Cost;

Our sample:
1=radio=10 WebPages=99.99;
1=radio=25 WebPages=199.99;
1=radio=50 WebPages=399.99;
2=checkbox=Shopping Cart=49.99;
2=checkbox=10 Products=99.99;
2=checkbox=25 Products=199.99;
2=checkbox=50 Products=399.99;
3=checkbox=Articles Comments=29.99;
3=checkbox=Audio Player=29.99;
3=checkbox=Banner Management=29.99;
3=checkbox=Online Cost Calculator=49.99;
4=radio=Amazon.com Associate Store=9.95;
4=radio=Pop Music=99.95;

where 1 - Group Header Id, radio - Variable Type, 10 WebPages - Variable Name, 99.99 - Variable Cost

To select a single variable use radio Variable Type.
To select all available variables use checkbox Variable Type.
